How do we book a session? 

Simply fill out the contact form on my website and we can be in contact to set up specifics! I will hopefully respond within 48 hours of an email and from there once some information is coordinated, I will email a contract to you and once that is signed your date will be secured!

What can we expect during our session? 

I will give a short explanation in the first few emails depending on what we are shooting for, but typically we will meet at our designated spot and just have fun for a while! There will be some posing but mostly just conversations and laughter to get organic and fun shots! It’s okay to feel nervous but the experience should be fun and will result in photos you will cherish for years to come!

What if one of us gets sick or we have to reschedule for some reason?

Life happens and I get that. I am happy to reschedule your session one time as long as I receive a 24 hour notice. If a second reschedule is required, you will forfeit your original session fee and a new session fee will be paid for the new session date.

What do I/we wear?

It’s important to learn how to dress for your body type and remember that everyone’s outfits do not need to be the same color, but they should match. In fact, it is preferable that you choose a color family and dress everyone in tones within that family. For fall you could choose browns and oranges and for winter you could choose navy blue and red. Accessories are what truly make the outfits so get creative with scarves, boots, hats and jewelry. Feel free to just express who you are and think what you’ll want to look at for the coming years!

When will I see the pictures?

I try to get a preview of a few images within the first 24-48 hours. I then ask for about 7-10 days to finalize the album. I will then upload the photos to an online site where you will have full access to the photos!

When will we shoot?

Since I shoot mainly outdoors, I typically like to shoot during golden hours which is right after sunrise or about an 90 minutes before sunset. Depending on the weather I will set a specific time at our meeting point, but if these don’t work we can try and accommodate other times if necessary!

Where can we print our photos?

I recommend using a high quality printing source such as Mpix or Mike’s Camera. I do not recommend Walgreens, Target, Walmart etc. These places have had poor reviews in the past and are often not the highest professional quality.
